Paint.net is a freeware raster graphics editor program for Microsoft Windows, developed on the .NET Framework. Paint.net was originally created by Rick Brewster as a Washington State University student project, and has evolved from a simple replacement for the Microsoft Paint program into a program for editing mainly graphics, with support for plugins.

Paint.net is a good software for photo editing. But PaintShop Pro from Coral is another of those world-famous editing software packages that you’ve heard so much about. It might take a bit of working out but. once you’ve got it you can really make a difference to your images. An impressive range of editing tools, a great content library plus you have the option of drawing and painting features too.
